Refund Policy

1. Deposit Refunds

  • The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers initial research, planning, and design drafts.

  • If the Client cancels the project before work begins, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

2. Refunds for Work Completed

  • If the Client cancels the project after work has begun, they will be billed for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any remaining balance from the deposit after deducting these charges will not be refunded.

3. Designer-Initiated Cancellation

If the Designer cancels the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made to date will be issued, including the deposit.

4. Revision-Related Refunds

  • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with work after the included rounds of revisions have been completed.

  • The Client may request additional revisions at the standard hourly rate.

 

5. Force Majeure

  • Refunds may not be applicable in cases where delays or cancellations are caused by events outside the Designer’s control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies).
